The Early Birds Physical Education Program is a dynamic and energizing initiative aimed at fostering physical activity and promoting a healthy start to the school day for elementary students. This program is designed to engage students in a fun and invigorating way, setting a positive tone for their overall well-being and academics. Designed to help students wake up, stimulate their brains, or get extra energy out before the school day succeeds.
