Dear Parents,
As partners in your child's education, we would like to invite you to our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences, where we can discuss your child's progress and growth during the current school year. You will receive communication from your child’s teacher on October 23 no later than 3pm with how to sign up for a conference.
The conferences will be held on the following dates:
- November 7th, 8:15 am - 3:15 pm
- November 8th, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- November 9th, 8:15 am - 11:15 am
We kindly remind you that these days and times are specifically set aside for parent-teacher conferences. Please understand that teachers will not be able to offer makeup appointments due to the limited time available. Your punctuality and adherence to the schedule will help ensure that all parents have the opportunity to meet with their child's teachers.
For appointments with special area or support staff teachers, please contact them directly via email.
In addition, we want to inform you that on the afternoon of November 9th, 2023, your child's performance summary will be available on Synergy's parent portal for your review.
Please take note that there will be no school for our elementary students on the following days:

November 10th Veterans Day Recess
November 22nd Thanksgiving Recess
November 23rd Thanksgiving Recess
November 24th Thanksgiving Recess
